1 Booking

• All appointments are subject to therapist availability.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or SMS.
• A deposit may be required for certain appointments or group bookings.
• By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2 Payment

• Payment is required upon completion of the treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• We accept online payments and other approved payment methods.
• Health fund invoices are available where applicable. An administration or processing fee may apply.

3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee applies.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee may apply.
• Same-day cancellations or failure to attend (No Show) may incur a charge of up to 100% of the treatment fee.
• Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.

4 Arrival Time

As a mobile massage service, appointment times may vary due to traffic conditions, extended treatment durations, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are requested to allow a flexibility window of approximately 15–30 minutes. You will be notified in advance if any significant delay is anticipated.

5 Mobile Massage Requirements

• Provide approximately 2 m × 3 m of clear space.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and quiet environment.
• Supervise pets and children during the treatment.
• Provide parking where possible.
• Make a heater available during colder weather if required.

• A professional massage table.
• Fresh towels.
• Massage oils and lotions.
• Sanitising supplies.
• Adherence to professional hygiene standards throughout the treatment.

6 Health and Medical Information

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.

Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in modification or cancellation of the treatment for safety reasons.

7 Treatment Outcomes

Massage therapy is intended to reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote relaxation; however, outcomes may vary between individuals.

No guarantee of specific results is provided.

8 Professional Conduct

Rehance Remedial Studio maintains strict professional standards.

Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, sexual comments, intoxication, or unsafe environment will result in the immediate termination of the treatment. Full payment may still be charged, and future bookings may be declined.

9 Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply depending on your location and will be confirmed prior to your appointment.

10 Group and Family Bookings

Group bookings are welcome.

Please ensure sufficient time is allocated for all clients. Treatment durations may vary depending on the number of participants and selected services.

11 Privacy

Personal and health information is collected solely for treatment, booking, and record-keeping purposes and will be handled confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

12 Liability

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you experience severe pain, chest pain, dizziness, or any medical emergency, please seek immediate medical attention.

13 Right to Refuse Service

Rehance Remedial Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

• The treatment is deemed unsafe.
• Medical contraindications are present.
• The therapist’s safety is at risk.
• These Terms and Conditions are breached.
